Creswell Crags is one of the most important Ice Age sites in Northern Europe. The stunning limestone gorge, honeycombed with caves, played host to a fascinating story of life between 50,000 and 10,000 years ago. The site is home to Britain’s only known Ice Age rock art.

Opening Times=

March to September, 7 days a week, 10am-5pm
October and February, 7 days a week, 10am-4.30pm
November, December and January, weekends only, 10am-4.30pm

Cave tours run at weekends and during Notts and Derbyshire school holidays only
